The Platinum PA concept was originally aimed at customers involved in on the road sales, fustrated, sitting in traffic trying to make your way to your next appointment. By the time you finally get home you would have to type up your meeting notes from your dicta phone, and ensure your reports were ready for presentation the very next day. The Idea was to take that element away. If there were an office of PA’s ready to take messages from on the road sales people detailing their meeting minutes and reports , they could be typed up and documented and sent back to the sales person before they got home. The sales person would then be able to spend time with the family or relaxing with friends and hobbies as opposed to working way into their evening when they return home.
Whilst trying to develop this idea, the recession really started to kick in. This is when we investigated with the idea of outsourcing any administrative or PA role as well as the Sales Solution. We further developed the idea by creating a Virtual Office so the PA’s , sales people and clients could share documents, schedules, calendars and raise admin requests using a web based platform accessible from any PC, PDA or Iphone with an internet connection. In fact the Virtual Office could also be used and self managed by any individual, office, club, school or organisation who have the requirement to share or hold documents and calendars online accessible from virtually anywhere. You could even manage your holiday home rental change over days using the Virtual office. Your Virtual Office, should you desire, will SMS or email your property managment company or your cleaner when they are required to action the change. They can also access the same virtual Office as you from anywhere in the world if you add them as part of your Virtual Office Group.
