So whilst this is the tool, that as a Platinum PA client, you will be able to access all your files, emails and calendar from, any where in the world, we thought that it would be a waste not to let others utilise the Virtual Office to self manage their personal data simply for themselves, their office, school, club or organization. We even let other Virtual PA’s use it !

The virtual office is a dream come true for professional freelance workers. Include it in your profile and it gives your bid the advantage for any project. Here’s how it works in a nutshell. For each of your clients you create a group in your office. You can then invite your client to access files, calendars, documents and more within that group in your offfice. You can send faxes, chat online and even send your client an SMS when you complete a task, document, job or project. If you are operating in different time zones, your client can login in to the group you created for them and access the task application and set tasks for you for when your working day starts. When you arrive at your PC and login to the office, you can immediately access the task application and see the tasks that they have of your clients only has access to the data in the group that you create for them.
